DESCRIPTION
Our Change Fee applies to custom products and services, such as artwork, graphic design, colour strike offs, and locker room development.
This also includes change of player details, change of team name, size changes, request for an additional item or any action that will modify the original order.
Terms and Conditions:
- once production already commenced for the order, changes will not be allowed anymore
- $49 is applied to single modification only. Multiple modifications requested from different dates will be subject for additional fees.
- For changes on the design or players sizes, customers are allowed within 1 week from date of order to request. If you wish to add quantity, you are allowed to do this within 3 weeks after the order has been placed.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee that all changes or modifications requested are possible. They are still subject for review and approval.
How to request for order change/modification?
Step 1: Pay the change fee online
Step 2: After you pay, email us the details of your request and include this on the email title: Order Changes for (order number) and send to sales@c2csport.com.
Step 3: You will receive a confirmation from us 1-2 days from date of your email. If no reply will be made by C2C within the specified time, please check your spam folder or call C2C hotline 0480 095 668 to check the status.
SHIPPING INFO
In-stock Orders
- Items in stock, without additional personalisation or decoration, will be dispatched within 1-5 working days.
- Other in-stock items in Australia arrive within 2-3 weeks from the order date.
Custom Orders
- Custom-made apparel has a delivery timeframe of 4-6 weeks. For items such as socks, scarves, beanies, caps, and other hosiery, the delivery duration is 6-8 weeks.
